Government and Community Relations staff serve as the university’s lead advocates building and maintaining relationships with elected officials, government staff, community and business leaders to advance the university’s vision, strategic goals and priorities. Analyzing and responding to a wide range of political and public policy issues, Government and Community Relations advises administrators, faculty, and the campus community on strategies to facilitate constructive dialogue advancing the university’s mission of teaching, research, and public service.
